Olympic Affair: A Novel of Hitler's Siren and America's Hero

Olympic Affair - Terry Frei This is a fictional tale of American Olympic decathalon winner Glenn Morris and German actress/filmmaker Leni Riefenstahl under the backdrop of the 1936 Berlin games under Hitler's veil. I looked forward to reading this story as I'd never heard of Glenn Morris before receiving this book. This account was very well researched which is essential to a good historical novel and had me guessing through the entire book "is she or isn't she a Nazi?" Some of the dialogue got tedious and I felt it slow at parts where conversation seemed to repeat itself. That being said, it's an excellent chronicle of a piece of history not particularly well known
